”This house in very confusing layout and the electronics for lights, curtains, gates, etc are confusing and difficult to use. The yard is not maintained. Great view of the ocean. This is in a suburban/rural area with no stores or shops near. Only 1/2 of the home was rented to us. b”

In the village there is a nice bar with great views within 100 mtrs and a gourmet restaurant within 400 mtrs. The house is in the middle of the wine region with charming villages in the area.”
