”Self check-in was easy and simple. The breakfast is small but has everything one needs, including made to order eggs ❤️
Place is beautifull and the hotel has own parking.
The pillows were small and not comfortable which is why no full stars. Also naturally one can hear the morning traffic right under the balcony.

”We had a long drive behind us when arriving to this hotel around 22:00 in a Sunday evening. We knew it beforehand and called to the hotel so that the late check-in could be arranged. Everything went smoothly and we got our keycards from the restaurant in the hotel. The restaurant staff was also overly nice as we got late night snacks for a fee from the restaurant just before they closed.

”What a unique and interesting property with an amazing Staff. One Person in particular, I believe her name was Leonia, went over and above to help us in any way possible . She was extremely caring and even made us food baskets for our early morning flight as we had to leave the hotel before breakfast time. We stayed in the tower and had amazing mountains and lake view. Mutta huoneissa ei ollut minkäänlaista ilmastointia/ilmanvaihtoa ja äänieristys oli olematon, Hotellin aamiainen on kattava ja palvelu asiallista. Frühstück gab es eine Art Käse (Hobelkäse), Assugrin gibt es nicht, oder sie wissen nicht, was es ist (vielleicht eine sprachliche Barriere), sie haben Sinalco zero. Beim Check-in muss man selber online einchecke mit Dokumenten-Nummer. Das wäre noch einigermassen okay…. mich ignorieren, aber meinen Partner wie einen König behandeln finde ich...
”Siisti ja tyylikäs uusi majoituspaikka. Keli oli kohdallamme kuuma, eikä huoneessa ollut kunnon ilmanvaihtoa. Pesuhuoneessa olisi pitänyt pitää valot päällä, jotta ilmanvaihto olisi toiminut edes vähän, mutta sitten ei valon takia olisi pystynyt nukkumaan. Nukuimme ikkuna auki (ikkunassa hyönteisverkko), jolloin liikenteen melu häiritsi läpi yön. Muutoin erittäin hyvin varusteltu keittokomero ja kaunis pesuhuone. ”
”Lovely hotel just few minute walk to the lake and restaurants. The room was big and the beds were good enough. The check-in process was easy but we faced issues with checkout. Had to contact Expedia. They couldn’t help us. Called the number printed next to the machine and after few trials were able to check out over the phone. ”
