”I expected better from a Best Western. The evening front desk was friendly and tried to help. Our TV did not work. The front desk lady gave us a different remote and turned it off and on. She said to wait 7 minutes and it would work. It did not. We were already in PJ's so just went to bed. I like to watch TV before I sleep and in the morning to watch the weather especially on a trip. I said something at the front desk the next day but no offer of adjustment was given. There was a quarter...

”Hotel was very quaint and peaceful. Loved walking to my room on the second floor and being able to see the pool & the beach. The location is away from most things, but not too far that you can’t walk/ drive to something — the staff was so kind and attentive. Also most hotels stopped having variety in mini bars, and the snacks and beverage options were amazing and actually affordable. 10/10 and would stay again if in the area.”

”It was awful and disgusting the workers are sweet though… I pulled back the sheets and there were mystery stains they came with a pack of new sheets straight out the pack and changed them. Then there was fecal matter on the wall I had to leave after that. I couldn’t take anymore then seeing a woman outside with just a shirt and no underwear when leaving around a group of men and some other girls was insane… when I checked out I got the dirtiest look but I was disgusted and terrified to stay over...

”The hotel is in a great location - many different places you can walk to from restaurants, to stores and the beach itself. The staff goes above and beyond every day to make sure you are having a good stay. The only surprise during my stay was a $15/day parking fee to have my car in the hotel parking lot.”

”AC worked great- 👍 there was one issue - something made a loud banging noise that was a bit annoying while trying to sleep. The room was cleaned every day and the staff were excellent. ”
