Start your vacation right away – the beds will be made and towels will be provided upon your arrival. Spend your holiday in Strandzeit Heiligenhafen, in the approximately 29m² Apartment No. 1 on the ground floor of the "Landhaus am Ufer" (Country House on the Shore), which leaves nothing to be desired in terms of comfort. In the fully equipped kitchenette with stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher, you can quickly and easily prepare your favorite meals. Of course, glasses, dishes, and cutlery are also provided. The furnishings, including high-quality designer furniture and Nordic-style pieces, make the apartment bright and cozy. The windows offer a view of the greenery – beyond the leaves, the Baltic Sea with the Graswarder peninsula and the marina are visible. The water, the harbor, and the town center are just a few minutes' walk away. Start your day relaxed in the white and blue shower room. And the apartment's private terrace in the quiet garden invites you to linger outdoors on sunny days. Enjoy a sundowner in the beach chair or relax on the patio with a grill. A secure parking space is available. No smoking / No pets. For a maximum of 2 adults.

An outdoor parking space on the property is available for your use during the rental period.

A clothes drying rack, ironing board and iron, and a vacuum cleaner are located in a shared shed for communal use.
