Enjoy your vacation right on the beach with breathtaking views of the Baltic Sea and the inland lake. This lovingly furnished vacation apartment, decorated in beach house style, is located on the Steinwarder dune peninsula in the sunny seaside resort of Heiligenhafen – with direct access to the inland lake and just a few steps from the sea.

The 38 m² apartment is located on the 5th floor (top floor) and is easily accessible by elevator. From the hallway, you enter the modern, high-quality kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as the newly renovated bathroom with a large shower, heated towel rail, and hairdryer.

The open, light-filled living and dining area invites you to relax with its comfortable furnishings, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, radio, DVD and CD player, and a selection of books and games. The open sleeping area with a comfortable double bed (160 cm wide, two single mattresses) and spacious wardrobes ensures restful nights.

A special highlight is the covered west-facing balcony, which extends across the entire width of the apartment. Equipped with comfortable sun loungers, a table, and a parasol, you can enjoy the sun here from late afternoon onwards and breathtaking sunsets over the Baltic Sea in the evening.

You can conveniently park your car in front of or across the street from the building. Bicycles can be stored securely in the locked bike shed. A washing machine and dryer are available on the ground floor for a small fee.

The apartment is allergy-friendly and non-smoking. Therefore, pets are unfortunately not allowed.
