”Nice hotel which is reasonably close to the airport. Shuttle service (one way) from the hotel to the airport is a bonus. Too bad there's no shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Not sure why. Dinner at the restaurant was good, and is the only dining option available. We didn't see any restaurants within walking distance. Our only complaint is that our room was very warm even with the window opened and the thermostat turned OFF. We couldn't understand why, since this is a first floor room....

”This was such a cool little cottage! Just far enough away from the city but still close enough to restaurants and anything you might need. Beautiful waterfalls and other sites are just a short drive away! Kitchen had everything you might need for a few days and the beds in the bedroom were very comfy. ”Picked the place for price level, I was the only customer that night. so obviously it was very nice and quiet. good stay for sure. only issue was eating, so you must drive some 10 km to nearest restaurant or gas station . very nice "icelandic" views!!”
