Villa Obersee extra luxe

Villa Obersee is a luxury holiday home for 10 people at Dormio Resort Eifeler Tor. The detached holiday home has 3 floors with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, providing guests with a usable area of approximately 150m2. Villa Obersee has its own wellness area for total relaxation!



The stylish lounge on the ground floor has a seating area with a television. The open kitchen is equipped with luxury appliances including a gas hob, combi-oven and dishwasher. From the lounge, there is access to the spacious balcony, equipped with outdoor furniture.



The wellness area is located in the lower level. There is also a sauna, hot tub, shower, washbasin and fitness equipment. There is also a separate toilet. There are 2 twin bedrooms, each with a television.



The first floor has 3 double bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are twin bedrooms. The other bedroom has a double bed and television. This floor also has a bathroom with a bath, washbasin and toilet.



You can also enjoy free WiFi in your accommodation and at the resort. You can park your car in the main car park a short walk away.



General information: because of its location, Dormio Resort Eifeler Tor is not suitable for wheelchair users. The villas have been built on a slope, which makes them less suitable or unsuitable for people with mobility issues. Most of the apartments and facilities have lift access and are also suitable for people with reduced mobility.
