The kitchen is fully equipped with sink, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine and toaster, ready for your culinary explorations.
Outside the flat, the spacious, west-facing balcony invites you to watch the horses of the nearby Wagner thoroughbred Arabian stud farm in their paddock or enjoy the breathtaking sunsets. Don't miss the community mill pond and the newly created cycling and hiking trail, which opens up the natural beauty of the surrounding area.
