Helen and the North Georgia Mountains have so much to offer. Restaurants, shopping, wineries, parks, rivers and waterfalls, trails, historical sites and so much more. This little getaway was Perfect for my family. The home was neatly decorated with Christmas decor and it had plenty of space to accommodate my whole family. The Mountain View from the room balcony was breathtaking!! It was very magical especially on Christmas Day!

Condo was beautiful and the proximity to town was wonderful. Very walkable, but far enough away that it’s quiet at night. View of the river from the balconies was beautiful. Rooms were great and condo was very spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful unit in the perfect location! Scenic view of the river from the balcony. Well appointed amenities- host very accommodating! Being within a reasonable walking distance to all the downtown has to offer we just parked and walked to many locations including the amazing Fest Halle. A road trip was made to 3 different waterfall hikes within a few miles.

Edelweiss Rivet Haus was amazing in all aspects. The immaculate detail to decor and cleanliness made the rental peaceful and cozy. The location was perfect for a romantic setting on the river. Being within walking distance to shops and restaurants was convenient. The host was friendly and helpful as well. I’ll be back soon.

We booked this place on a somewhat spontaneous whim. Admittedly we initially decided on it because it cost less than the surrounding area and it was less than a mile walk into town. However, once we arrived, the unit was lovely, up to date, clean, and just overall comfortable to just relax in. It also didn’t hurt that the property itself is right on the water, and much more quieter than if we had gone to a tourist trap in town. We thoroughly enjoyed our beverages on the balcony overlooking the river in the morning, and watching the fireflies at night. The owner was very communicative on directions and expectations for the property (basically, treat the house as property with respect) and was very accommodating ensuring that should we need anything to just let her know. She also had a display of pamphlets for things to do around the area. Since this was a short trip we didn’t get to hit a whole lot, we will definitely be back, and if possible we will definitely choose this unit again!

Fantastic location!

Our weekend getaway was perfection with this rental. Close enough to downtown Helen; although Main Street was walking distance, we rented a golf cart which was located directly across the street. This rental also located next door to Helen Water Tubing and we easily walked next door in our suits and didn’t have to rent a locker to hold our items. Super convenient! The condo was well furnished, decorated beautifully, and had everything we needed. Hope this condo is available on our next visit!

Would I stay here again?

I was truly surprised when I walked in. The place is beautiful and right on the river. The location is just as you’re going into town next to the tubing starting point. We had so much fun. It has a balcony off the master and a deck off the living room. Mornings are great on the deck and evenings on the balcony. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!!

Thanksgiving weekend in Helen

Everything was just as pictured. The location was great and within walking distance from all the attractions and shops. It was super quiet and had a nice view of the river behind us. Bedrooms both had the In suite bathrooms and then the 1/2 bath downstairs which was very handy with teenagers!! Communication was excellent with the host!
