The Toasty Marshmallow - the ideal home base for your family's next trip to the North Georgia Mountains! This newly-renovated home is located in Innsbruck Golf Resort right on the 6th Hole only minutes from downtown Helen and all of its attractions. Thoughtfully designed with large families in mind, it boasts a spacious floorplan across two levels that sleeps 12 comfortably, a fully-loaded kitchen that can handle just about any meal plan, brand new furniture and appliances, and high-end linens and bedding in each bedroom. In addition, the family will love the lower level family room with kitchenette, game room with pool table, corn hole, and Giant Jenga, and even a tuned spinet piano for playing everyone's favorite tunes.

This property is located in Innsbruck Golf Resort, minutes away from downtown Helen. Enjoy gated privacy, 18-hole golf, Valhalla Spa & Restaurant, and more!

We enjoyed the spaciousness of this home and it was a nice place for us close to all Helen has to offer. We ate most of our meals at "home" but the kitchen was not adequately equipped for our family of 9. Hopefully they will be restocking the silverware and getting more cookware soon.

Premium location

The house is located in a beautiful mountainous neighborhood with lots of trees and easy access to downtown Helen. The house was clean and inviting. The living room upstairs is a little small but there were ample bedrooms, and bathrooms. My kids enjoyed the pool table. My father has limited mobility so accessing the main floor with no stairs was a plus.

We stayed in Helen for an aunts/cousins trip. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and the common area was just right. I will stay here again if I travel to Helen!

Fun Family Time

The house was perfect for our family of 11 and close to Helen. We saw a bear twice which was thrilling. The fire pit was awesome ! Just couldn’t get the Edison lights to come on though we found a switch under the steps. With several musicians in the family was looking forward to using the piano, but some keys got stuck making it aggravating to all sing together, so gave up. Thank you for a special vacation!

Very nice home in gated community. Not far from tubing, alpine coaster, and outdoors aerials. Could use more seating if you have over 9 people but had enough beds for all.

Great football reunion!

Toasty marshmallow was awesome. 10 high school football teammates all over 60 got together for two nights and had a blast. Helen is a great town to hang out. The Hofbrau house was perfect for a reunion. We love the neighborhood and the back deck. Would stay again.

Cozy getaway

Loved staying at the Toasty Marshmallow! The house was clean and spacious. It was perfect for our family of 6 to be together, without feeling crowded. The neighborhood is quiet and serene. Nicest Rental

This was seriously the nicest rental that I have had the pleasure of staying in. Clean, spacious, conveniently located. The "kids" enjoyed the fire pit even when it was 7 degrees out. Comfy beds and bedding. Would 10/10 stay here again!

Making memories at Christmas

The house was set up perfectly for all of us. We had 11 people and it was spread out so we could all enjoy ourselves. Being able to have my kids and grandkids meet in one place and enjoy some time together was priceless. I hope we get the chance to do it again. We Toasted Marshmallows

From booking, to arriving, to our stay, amd check out, everyrhing went very smoothly. My only recommendation for the advertisement is be up front about the mandatory check in before 10:00 PM. This was the only stressful part of the trip. Having to wait for kids to get home from school and my partner home from work, then fighting holiday traffic, and worrying are we going to make it there before 10:00 PM. The 10:00 PM check in requirement was for "noise ordinance ". Other than that, the stay was great! The house was as advertised online. The beds were comfy and the house was clean. We even had a fire in the fire pit one evening and made smores. Also, we all loved the pool table and games on the screened in porch. We'd definitely stay here again, but plan our arrival a bit earlier.

Bike Trip to Helen

Great bike trip. House was very roomy. Bathrooms on lower level needed a much better cleaning, toilet &tub were VERY dirty. Being unable to access the property via the rear gate was very inconvenient as we were riding motorcycles. this made for a challenging ride at night

Found the house online, booking was easy! 4 couples and 2 nephews. House was very clean and neat, would be a nice place to stay in the Fall.
