2-story vaulted open living space with kitchen, pool table and living room on the main level overlooking the Chattahoochee River. Fully equipped rental with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms. Lots of space for hanging out and entertaining inside and out. Walk to downtown shops, restaurants and Betty’s Country Store.

The space
Come enjoy this spacious loft house. The house is on pillars and has a large entertaining area with ring toss, corn hole, extra fridge, bar, grill and large fireplace. All, settled right along side the Chattahoochee River and covered in string lights. Inside the house is warm and comfy. Hang out in the living room by the fire and watch movies or get the gang together to cook in the fully stocked kitchen. Play pool in the evenings or take a nap on the large cushy bench located in the front screened in porch during sunset. This is the ultimate relaxation place in the middle of Helen.

Guest access
The entire house is yours while you are there. Make yourself at home. There are 3 closets (one on each floor) with locks that we ask you to leave alone. This is where we store our tool and personals.

Hotels do it we do it too! A valid credit card is required for a security & damage hold during your stay with us.

Travel Insurance- We also cannot control Mother Nature. Even though we're inland, tropical storms and hurricanes can impact our weather. Unless there is an ordered evacuation of the area, rentals continue as planned without discounts or refunds. We highly recommend "Cancel For Any Reason Travel Insurance" to cover the unexpected . Should an event occur requiring you to activate such insurance, we will be happy to assist with documentation needed.
