In regard to your review, there are lovely sofa beds similar like beanbags that are placed at Raga Route sunset deck and hopefully you will be able to experience it on your next visit, also at bar we have nice hammock instead of those bags for guest to enjoy. Our medical team is 24/7 available and at your disposal for any emergency or whatever possible on the island. We are extremely sorry for your feedback and we looked into it very seriously,. During your 7 days stay, you visited the clinic 2 days before departure where after an examination of your ears was suggested to take ear drops, but the offer was rejected. The day before the departure, the same happened and you agreed to take them. As per doctor's evaluation, the mentioned medicine requested was not appropriate for your case and he suggested to see a specialist (ENT) for ear irrigation if the discomfort was continuing. If HYDROGEN PEROXIDE if used when not required, it might even cause ear perforation, skin irritation and blistering .
