1. Rosslea Hall Hotel

”The hotel review rating is overrated in my opinion. The hallway to our room smelled aweful. The carpet in the room was stained a lot and seemed not been vacuumed. There were dark hair on the bedding and pillow. The restroom had many dark spots between the tiles especially at the shower. Everything seemed outdated. The parking infront of the entrance was good though. The breakfast was not good at all either. Food tasted bland and bacon was cold. Nothing fresh of vegetables or fruits. ”

”The property was a great size and so are the rooms. Local to the town centre. There was parking but not always outside or in view from the property. The only negatives I have are: The beds (especially in the main/big) are very uncomfortable. All the beds and mattress need replacing completely. It was quite expensive based on 3 nights for 2 adults and a baby. I appreciate that it can accommodate 8 people but maybe a reduced price based on how many guest are staying if not full capacity. ”

It is optional for the host to include external photos. We refused to stay in the property as we were made to feel very unsafe with the surroundings.Alternatives offered by the host were not large enough for our party, and we were told by the host were in a worse area.Very expensive lesson learnt for us, so sharing so future customers can be fully...
