”Bed was uncomfortable. Very basic breakfast.”

”This hotel has received a recent update and the rooms have been tastefully modernized. The bathroom, particularly the shower is tight bit manageable. The issues experienced during our stay were with the hot water and the amenities. The shower controls appear to lack any sort of pressure-balancing valve. The result is that during even a quick shower, the temperature of the water can fluctuate between scolding hot and freezing cold. I assume that this is a result of changing water demands as...

”Todo muy bueno”

”Beautiful home. Everything was great except construction team entering the home to complete the upgrade project before our check out.”

”That was the best place we stayed in Iceland - clean, comfortable, beautifully designed, seems like new, extremely friendly owners, who offer coffee/tea and freshly baked waffles on breakfast! there is a fully equipped kitchen you can use - that comes extremely useful! Thank you, Unnur! ”

”Très beau logement accueillant, parfaitement équipé! Il est très bien placé entre Reykjavik et Vìk! Les hôtes sont réactifs et attentionnés. Je recommande.”

”We had a lovely stay at Askot Cottages and were sad to leave! The cottage was very cosy and has been very thoughtfully designed. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the gorgeous view from the big window. We were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights twice while we were there! We also appreciated the small touches, with plenty of tea and coffee for our stay, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. There is even a small shop where they have basics you can purchase (cash only). Having...

”Huone oli tyylikäs, siisti ja iso. Aamiainen oli hyvä. Parkkitilaa oli reilusti. Ravintola oli hyvä, joskin hieman kallis.”

”Ihana ja sympaattinen perheen ylläpitämä hotelli. Erinomainen palvelu. Hinta-laatusuhde todella hyvä. Vähän päätietieltä sivussa, mutta ehdottomasti muutaman ajokilometrin arvoinen. Aamupala oli hyvä. ”

”Good service and clean hotel”

”Upea, tunnelmallinen majapaikka!

”Picked the place for price level, I was the only customer that night. so obviously it was very nice and quiet. good stay for sure. only issue was eating, so you must drive some 10 km to nearest restaurant or gas station . very nice "icelandic" views!!”
