When I checked in around 4:00pm she is very patient and nice to explain everything for me.”
”It was a great value for what we got. Updated clean room, comfy bed, free coffee and tea in the lobby, nice roof top lounge area. It wasn’t the close to everything but we didn’t mind. ”

They are redoing the restaurant so maybe some steps in a positive direction, but rooms feel dark and old. Outdated bathrooms. ”
”We had a great stay at this hotel it was close to the Greek Theater. The bed was comfortable the balcony was a nice touch. They don’t have their own parking and you can’t stay in the parking lot that belongs to the grocery store next door. We still managed to find good parking close and the car was safe. Were definitely going to stay here again!”

”This is a nice hotel in downtown Oakland with plenty of food options surrounding the location. Pay attention to the room sizes. It was smaller than I expected.”
”I did have a great stay here with some minor caveats. The early check-in at 2 for $30 is not my favorite. Although my king bed room was truly giant (bigger than a few apartments I've lived in) there were no windows to the outside world (only a small one to the hallway/walkway, right at eye level for anyone outside if my blinds were open.)
