”Coming from Canada, I found this hotel to be absolutely perfect. The suite was incredibly spacious, among the most I've ever experienced. The staff greeted me warmly and were exceptionally friendly. Having a washer/dryer in the suite was incredibly convenient. And the morning breakfast buffet, included in the stay, was both amazing and extensive. I would unquestionably choose to stay here again in the future.”

”The rooms are nice and spacious. Theres a mall next to it that has direct access with the hotel. The food there is good. Theres also a market to buy snacks. ”

”This place has another name of Grade hotel (The service apartment is located right behind the Grade Hotel. The views of the place are quite good from 27/F. However the place itself is quite old and some of the stained. ”

”Did order a 113 m2 Executive suite for me and my three colleagues. There is one good thing about this hotel: it is close to the Kanton fair. But that is everything. The bed was hard as a rock, the tidiness was horrible, the furniture very worn. The 113 m2 was more likely 60 m2, so don’t get fooled by promises. Even the bed was hard as a rock, had to use towels to even sleep a little.”

”I'm sorry that I didn't take photos. The size of the rooms are really nice. My room's chair and bench seat had horrible large stains room 2208. The phone was very dusty. The hallway carpet were never vacuumed during my 5 day stay there, lots of lint on the entire hallway. The bellman won't help unless you ask, they also don't help you with luggage. I put dnd light on but they knocked and insisted on bringing in towels. I stayed there because my friend lives nearby and the price is reasonable....
