”The room was clean with the exception of the floor. We were in a dog-friendly room so no carpet. The smell of pine cleaner was overpowering when we walked in. I determined that cleaner had been put on the floor but not wiped down after. I dampened a towel and started to wipe the floor. The towel was genuinely black after several swipes. It was gross! Secondly, the toilet was very wiggly.”
