Affectionately known as Chardonnay, this 1BR unit is located on the upper level of Maxwell House -- a beautiful four-unit home with historical features and hardwood flooring throughout. Serving as the ideal home base for regional adventures, this suite features 10 ceilings, vintage accents, and a full kitchen. After a day of exploration, relax on the covered porches and balconies, shared with the rest of the house.

Nearby attractions include an abundance of outdoor activities from hiking around Chimney Rock State Park to swimming at Lake Lure. Wine enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Burntshirt Vineyards, a mile and a half away. Downtown Hendersonville is a short drive away.

This single-story unit is located on the second floor of a fourplex. The entrance is accessed via five exterior steps. Elevators are not available. The entryway, porches, and balconies are shared with the other three units.

Picturesque Lake Lure is a dream destination for nature lovers. Chimney Rock is five miles from your door, and Lake Lure Adventure Company offers boat rentals within a 15-minute drive. Lake Lure Rental Boats offer weekly, daily and half-day rentals as well as discounts for Pinnacle Vacasa stays. Outdoor activities abound in this great Apple Country locale. Hike around Chimney Rock State Park, or swim or rent a boat at Lake Lure. Other nearby activities include biking, fishing, rafting, paddleboarding, and ziplining.

Visit the winery and tasting room at Burntshirt Vineyards, a 3-minute drive away. Dine, shop, or catch a festival in downtown Hendersonville. Or venture to downtown Asheville to check out fine restaurants, breweries, and nightlife.
