Conveniently located within walking distance to downtown Hendersonville, it’s the ideal place to relax, explore, and unwind.

Please note that we do require a management agreement to be signed after booking with us! You must be 25 years old or older to rent.

Bedrooms:

3 spacious bedrooms each feature plush king-size beds with premium linens for ultimate comfort.

Primary bedroom is located on the main level floor!

The fourth bedroom offers two cozy twin beds, perfect for kids or additional guests.

Bathrooms:

Enjoy spa-like relaxation with heated floors in both the master and guest bathroom upstairs — a true touch of luxury, especially on cool mornings. We have bath robes for your comfort as well!

The master bathroom downstairs consists of a modern open style shower and a beautiful bath tub.

The bathroom upstairs has a tub with a shower head attached. Heated floors as well!

Kitchen:

Cook like a chef in the fully equipped modern kitchen featuring brand-new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need — from baking dishes, utensils, and a waffle maker to a blender, teapot kettle, and more.

Outdoor Space:
Step outside to a private backyard designed for gathering and relaxation. Fire up the charcoal grill for an evening cookout, then unwind by the firepit under the stars — don’t forget to bring firewood!

Living area: Walk inside the living room and unwind after a long day of hiking or exploring all of downtown Hendersonville. We have a Smart TV for all sorts of streaming!

Dining: We have a dining nook located inside of the kitchen as well as your own private dining room for additional seating! Enjoy also sitting on the outdoor table for dinner when the weather is perfect.

17 Minutes from Asheville Regional Airport

A few blocks away from downtown Hendersonville. Delicious local restaurants, breweries, hiking trails. You can walk to downtown if you want to.

Parking: The home has space for two vehicles in the driveway. You can also park on the street if needed for larger vehicles.

Other things to note:
Quiet hours are 9pm-9am. Loud noise and music on the deck and in the backyard are not tolerated. We have neighbors!

We love animals and welcome all good boys and girls! No more than 2 woofers per stay.

We allow you to bring up to two pets. A $25 per pet, per night fee will be requested after your booking is confirmed. Please note that taxes and service fees would be in addition. We also please ask that your pets are trained and that you do NOT allow them on any of the indoor furniture.

If you plan on using the house to have a party, sneak in extra guests, bring animals unannounced, or do other things that disregard the house rules, please read below:

No parties or events are allowed without prior approval. You will immediately lose your security deposit, be charged an additional $500, and must leave if this happens.

Examples:

You are booking a stay with 6 people and inviting over 8 additional people for a BBQ.

Booking a stay with 6 people but using the house to host a family reunion, baby shower, graduation party, bachelor/bachelorette party, wedding shower, etc.
