”The room was clean really best thing I can say about it. Clearly they’re working on the property but it seems to be done by a jack of all trades but master of none.”

”Beatiful new cottages with multiple restaurants and a grocery within a very short walking distance. Very good for national parks. The only issue is WiFi which is really slow and does not always work. At the same time the mobile coverage at least for T mobile was non-existent so the WiFi is even more ilportant than elsewhere.”

”Tents don’t have ventilation windows, so it was very hot early morning in early June. Bathroom pathways are not lot a lt night so it’s a bit difficult to go and be back to your tent in the middle of the night. Property access is a bit rough for Sedans. We only stayed 1 night out of the 2 booked. Other than that, beds/ linens are comfortable .”

”This hotel is just a bit dated. Needs some updating and new furnishings. Overall it is still clean and a good value. Owners need to update the flooring and bathrooms, since they'll be going up against the new hotel that is about to open just a little ways away. The one highlight of our trip was the restaurant! Now the staff at the restaurant were outstanding and we enjoyed every meal (breakfast & dinner) immensely. If you are not overly picky about your accommodations, then I would...

”Beds were hard but pillows were great, wish the hot tub would've been a little hotter but soaking in that hot tub after long days of hiking was wonderful. I loved the location and proximity to different amenities. Restaurant on sight and several others close by. It was quiet. I for sure would stay here again”

”Our family enjoyed the unique stargazing views from our patio and bed. The property had a fun jumbo chess board, corn hole, and two fire pits to roast the marshmallows for complimentary s’mores.”

”Pros: Our stay was incredibly cozy and comfortable. As big fans of tent camping, we absolutely loved the experience. The absolute highlight of the trip was the stargazing—it was spectacular! If you’re looking for a comfortable outdoor getaway with incredible night skies, this is a must-try. Cons: The only downside was the bathroom facility. It felt a bit too rustic and basic; there is definitely room for improvement there.”

”Sweet cabins in Tropic, UT 10 minutes from Bryce Canyon National Park. Very clean. Fronts on main road but was very quiet. Backs up to field with nice East view. Furniture on back porch to sit out and enjoy with your morning coffee. (Recommend Bruce Canyon Coffee Shop just down road in Tropic) Small kitchenette.”

”Fun little place to stay. Beds were a little hard but worked for the night. Everything was clean inside. The grounds are bad though. There are stickers and weeds everywhere. My grandson got tons of stickers in his favorite blanket and we will have to throw it away. The blanket cost as much as a night stay. Pretty sad kid. A bit of weed maintenance and yard work would make this a great place to stay.”

”Very clean room, large bathroom, nice air conditioning and ceiling fan. Had all the amenities we needed. Close to Bryce canyon but very quiet and peaceful. Close to gas station and food, literally across the street. Grounds are meticulously manicured. Love the code entry on the cottage! ”

”Offers a unique experience. While it is not camping, it does offer some of that experience, but in a convenient, curated way. For example, you do have to build a fire in your tent to stay warm on cold nights, but the wood and starter are provided and the wood stove does work extremely well. It's like a very rustic tent hotel: gives you a strong feeling of camping, but with many of the amenities of a hotel close at hand. ”It’s okay for a one night stay. I went to Bryce Canyon and then toward Salt Lake City. I don’t require too much because it’s just a stop in our long drive trip. Cleanliness is not bad. We had no problem with sleeping on that bed. The issue is the sofa, I never touched it. Other issue is hot water, it turned cold before second people finishing shower. Besides table and chairs are unstable, need to be fixed. The cabins are in a very tiny town, not many food choices. The worth part is you can look...
