”The hotel was beautifully renovated with many original fittings. It is in a great location for shopping and dining, with all the major stores within walking distance. The staff were very nice and replied promptly to some questions I had before check in. I was only there overnight and didn't get up in time for breakfast but the menu looked great. My only very minor negative comment would be that the bed was very creaky. I would definitely stay there again next time I visit Ballarat. ”

”Bathroom was clean and shower area newly renovated. Staff was very friendly and helpful, lent us a connector when mine did not work. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.”
