”I hadn't been back to the Green Man for 35 years and was so happy to see it had the same traits still, of a great Herefordshire country pub. We stayed 2 nights and the service provided by all of the staff was brilliant and big shout goes out to everyone, but especially Jen who checked us in, and showed us to our room, and Poppy who served us in the restaurant. The room was very nicely appointed, clean and quiet and we can thoroughly recommend the Green Man for a stay while exploring Hereford...

We had an excellent room which was clean and comfortable with plenty of room to walk around. Food in the evening was excellent, with a good menu choice. A good selection of cask beers. Breakfast was excellent a good menu to choose from. All the staff were great. We highly recommend.”

”The property is lovely clean and well kept. The description is accurate. However there were no instructions given on how to gain access to the property, I emailed the day before to ask but received no reply at all. On arrival we phoned the 2 numbers given on numerous occasions again no answer, we left messages but no answer. After 30 minutes of wandering around looking for a key we found it under a stone. On entry it was apparent that the property was not prepared, the bedding etc was still...

”The accommodation is part of a working horse farm. We had an elevated view, with a big horizon. East facing, we witnessed magical sun rises and also a good view of the moon. The interior was beautifully clean. Everything we needed was all provided in a compact well thought out space. It felt like the hosts had really thought about guest comfort - it was all just lovely.”

”Lovely maisonette. Bedroom, living room/kitchen, bathroom, very very nice. Nice to have DVD player too with a small selection of DVDs. Really nice touch the bowl of fruit, half-pint of milk, bit of coffee (no tea), biscuits and crisps. I gave it a 4 star overall, would have given 4.5 star if I could, would easily have been 5 star if: 1) Fix the potholes on the small road from Madley Plants (understand this is probably someone elses responsibility). 2) Shower doesn't stay in its elevated holder...
