”The property and staff were fine. TV didnt work. Mattresses were so old that the springs litterally dug into our backs at night. Awful sleeping experience. ”

”Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative to the hotel is parking in front is very limited and difficult to get in and out of. The area is used mainly for drop off or check in with a parking garage available one block away. The parking garage does have reserved spots for hotel guests and your parking is validated by the hotel. ”

”False advertising. There isn’t a hot tub or additional pool. The pictures shown must be for a different hotel. The concessions are overpriced and the evening front desk clerk seems unhappy and careless.”

”Avoid staying in the area in general if you can. Staff wasn’t really friendly minus one cleaning staff who let me in back to my room before check out when my keys stop working and went to the front desk twice to try and fix it. No restaurants or food service with in walking distance ”

”This hotel is in a good location, very close to the event we went to town for. The indoor pool is very nice and I love that it is open until 10pm. The staff was also wonderful. However, it could be cleaner. It looked like spaghetti sauce was stuck on the blinds. There was some sort of food stuck on the sheets as well. They told us that the housekeeping is by request only, so we requested they come up, and they never came. So I just asked for another blanket and it had holes in it. The "free"...

”I stayed with my family for 1 day and we had a great experience. Staffs were polite and attentive, breakfast was delicious and a lot of options. In addition to this, we loved how there were many restaurants nearby. I definitely recommend this hotel and I would visit again.”
