”Our family loved Hotel Royal Luzern. The staff was the best part for our group, and we would recommend them for any future opportunities/promotions. The rooms are a bit older, but we didn't mind. The location was great and we would certainly stay here again. ”

”We travelled with 3 Golden Retrievers and hotel offer us bigger apartment which was very nice. The breakfast and dinner were so good. Also very good coffee which is very important issue! The staff was great, very good sense of humor and very good customer service. The location was just perfect. Very quiet place. Greetings to staff for great experience with food and service. ”

”Hyvällä paikalla lähellä kaikkea. Aamiainen valitettavan huonosti hoidettu , piti olla 7-10, mutta klo 9:15 oli jo paljon tarjottavia loppunut ja klo 9:45 alkoivat jo tyhjentämään pöytää. Säälitti perhe joka tuli klo 9:50, saivat kaapastua rippeistä jotain, heidän ilmeet olivat aika kauhistuneet. Henkilökunta aamiaisella koppavaa ja tylyä, vaikka muuten hotellin henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta.”

The kitchen supplies could have been better but it was helpful to have that facility. There is a check in/reservation code that was to be provided.
