And that “Baltic Sea” part isn’t just a catchphrase. From this apartment, the vast blue expanse is almost always in view. Whether from the wraparound balcony (14 square meters) or the living room—a view of the sea is guaranteed in this vacation dream. On warm summer days, enjoy breakfast outdoors while gazing at the glistening morning waves. Let your thoughts wander all the way to the horizon. The interior is just as impressive. Designed by an interior architect, everything is comfortably and modernly furnished. From the sofa, you’ll be spoiled for choice. Box-spring double beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m) ensure a restful night’s sleep. Each bedroom features a flat-screen TV and a large, spacious closet. In the master bathroom, you can look forward to something truly special: a Finnish sauna. It turns cold days into cozy wellness moments. Both bathrooms feature a rain shower, a sink, and a toilet. The apartment also features an utility room with a washer-dryer. Since you won’t want to go without the internet even on vacation, it’s available to you free of charge. To ensure your getaway gets off to a relaxing start, we’ve already made up the beds and laid out towels for you. In the modern underground parking garage, parking space no. 10 in the upper level of the double-parking bay (max. height 2.00 m, max. length 5.10 m, max. width 2.50 m, max. load 2,600 kg) is reserved for you.
