Apartment No. 15 on the 2nd floor of the Bansin Beachhouse is the perfect vacation home for true relaxation and rejuvenation. Elegant décor and stylish furnishings welcome up to four Baltic Sea enthusiasts and one toddler (up to three years old in a travel crib) in the three rooms spanning 69 square meters. On the wraparound balcony (9 square meters), you can breathe in the Baltic Sea air and enjoy the play of colors as the sun sets over the roofs of the old seaside villas while sipping a cool drink. All three rooms have access to the balcony. This way, you can step out into the fresh air first thing in the morning, refreshed after a restful night’s sleep in one of the two box-spring double beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m). In both bedrooms, you’ll find plenty of space in the large closets to store your vacation wardrobe. Each room is also equipped with a flat-screen TV. You’ll find a particularly large one in the beautiful and elegant living-dining room. Along with a hi-fi system with Bluetooth, it provides exciting and relaxing home entertainment. Wi-Fi for your favorite music is free of charge. From the comfortable sofa, you also have an unobstructed view of the gas fireplace, which lets you get cozy at the touch of a button. As is well known, a designer’s passion lies in the details. And so, in this apartment, you’ll find everything harmoniously coordinated down to the finest detail. From the accessories to the lamps, the wall decor, and the designer furniture, the concept is tailored to provide exclusive living comfort. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living-dining room. Brand-name appliances and tableware make cooking and baking a breeze and turn meals at the large, beautiful dining table into a delightful culinary experience. But a relaxing vacation also includes physical well-being. In the Finnish sauna in the master bathroom, you can quickly leave your worries behind. On cool and dreary days, it’s a true oasis of well-being. The vacation home is equipped with two bathrooms. Both feature a walk-in rain shower, a sink, and a toilet. In a small utility room, you can do your laundry in the washer-dryer. To ensure a completely worry-free vacation, we’ve already made the beds and laid out towels for you. In the modern underground parking garage, parking space No. 15—a double parking spot on the lower level (max. height 1.85 m, max. length 5.10 m, max. width 2.50 m, max. load 2,600 kg)—is reserved for you.

On the first floor, you’ll find not only a bakery but also the well-known and bustling Gosch seafood restaurant.
