The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, the Ahlbeck town center is 10 minutes away, and Heringsdorf is a 15-minute walk away. Several cozy restaurants and cafés are located nearby.
The apartment complex also features a children’s playroom, coin-operated dryers, and a coin-operated washing machine. A free parking space is available on the property. Bicycle storage is available in a lockable communal bike shed.



Vacation Apartment 1.17:

This 47-square-meter, two-room vacation apartment is located on the first floor (with elevator) of the apartment complex and is equipped to accommodate up to four people. The apartment features a living room with a comfortable sofa (sofa bed), TV, stereo system, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with a modern ceramic cooktop and convection oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, etc. The bedroom features a double bed and a second flat-screen TV. The naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet, hair dryer, and a cosmetic mirror. A covered balcony/loggia with seating invites you to sit and relax.
A crib with linens and a high chair can be provided by the property manager upon request for a one-time fee of 50 €.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
