This 72 m² duplex vacation apartment, featuring a balcony and terrace, comfortably accommodates 4 people [&] 1 toddler (up to 3 years old in a travel crib). On the first floor, you’ll find the living area with a cozy fireplace, an open, fully equipped kitchenette, and the dining area in the glass-enclosed bay window. An open staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms (1x bunk bed, 1 double bed), a shower room, and the balcony with seating for 4 people. Upon request, we provide a travel crib (without an additional mattress [&] bedding) and a high chair (for an extra charge) for our young guests. For your convenience, the beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided. Carefully selected nautical accessories throughout the house create a cozy atmosphere. Pets are welcome, provided they remain on the tiled first floor. Insect screens have been installed for light sleepers. The Wi-Fi network in the house is available free of charge.
