With 120 square meters of living space, there’s room for 4 adults and 2 toddlers (up to 3 years old in a travel crib). Light colors and carefully selected materials complement the high-quality furnishings and modern technology (3 TVs, iPod docking station). The living area, featuring a large window wall facing the ocean and a comfortable seating area in front of the fireplace, is complemented by the exclusive open-concept kitchen (complete with a steam oven and a Nespresso machine) and a spacious dining area. Two bedrooms with box-spring double beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and their own TVs each offer the best in sleeping comfort. Both bathrooms have also been exclusively equipped. The first bathroom features a bathtub and a shower. The second bathroom, featuring a large glass shower, incorporates the apartment’s own sauna—a highlight, not just during the cold season. The balconies, with their stunning ocean views and a view of Schloonsee, are sure to quickly become your favorite spot—the perfect place to unwind and relax! For the little ones, a travel crib and a high chair (for an additional fee) can be booked. For your convenience, an initial supply of linens (bed linens [&] towels) is provided. Divided into two modern buildings (Ostseepalais and Schloonpalais), equipped with an underground parking garage (entrance height 1.90 m), an elevator, and spacious apartments, they offer an ideal vacation home for young and old alike. The Ostseepalais faces the sea (along the beach promenade) and offers a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea from almost all apartments (except apartments 1 [&] 2). The Schloonpalais faces south (toward Bergstraße) and offers a beautiful view of Lake Schloon from the apartments; the lake has been redesigned with its own small promenade. From this building, you can reach the beach promenade via the underground parking garage (and directly from the Ostseepalais). You can’t live any closer to the beach! For almost every apartment (except Ostseepalais 2 [&] 4), two adjacent underground parking spaces (total area: 5x5m) are available; bicycles can also be parked here.
