The “Athen” apartment has two separate bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 set of twin beds), which are accessible via the apartment hallway. Ideal for a family with children. The glassed-in veranda with the living area adjoins the spacious kitchen and dining area. From the bedroom, you can access the balcony, where you can also enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea. A DVD player can be provided upon request.

The villa offers exclusive 2- to 3-room apartments with stylish furnishings and great attention to detail. High, bright rooms, modern and high-quality furnishings, as well as light-filled loggias and balconies create a special living atmosphere. A historic staircase and the existing elevator underscore the building’s unique character. The elevator stops halfway up the staircase between each floor. From the very first day of your vacation, enjoy the special charm of this extraordinary villa and its charming location between the nearby Baltic Sea beach and the coastal forest. A parking space is available for each apartment for a fee. The initial set of bed linens will already be made up for you upon your arrival, and towels will also be provided. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building (2 Mbit/s). A lockable bike storage room with an outlet for charging bike batteries is available for your bicycles. Charging bicycle batteries inside the apartments is not permitted for insurance and safety reasons.
