This popular property is located at the western end of the seaside resort of Bansin, on the second block of the beautiful Bergstraße and next to a beech forest. The comfortable amenities—including an elevator, underground parking, and parking spaces at the property (included)—leave nothing to be desired. Twenty-three beautiful apartments (completed in 1998), each with cozy, individually designed interiors, look forward to your visit. Villa Margot is just 50 meters from the beach and the promenade and is also an ideal starting point for exploring the imperial spas as well as the forested hinterland with its many inland lakes. There is beach access right in front of the building.

This cozy and lovingly furnished two-room apartment (non-smoking!) features two balconies, each measuring 4 square meters, offering a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea, the beach, and the pier.

The charming decor is complemented by many unique accessories.
The fully equipped country-style kitchen features a 4-burner stove with oven and a dishwasher. The sofa bed in the living room can be made up for a third person.
