”For me entering a hotel a have welcoming staff it’s essential. It a great feeling to be greeted and answered all questions. I was amazed that the ladies at the front desk both speak Spanish. Isha explained everything with so much patience and then our room was excellent. Looked like a small apartment with mini kitchen and even a dishwasher. Breakfast was included and to my surprise it was a complete breakfast. Large variety of waffles, eggs and bacon, oatmeal with all the fixings, yogurt, cereal...

It took a really long time to get up to our room or down to the pool or to leave. The other thing was the large group of school aged children constantly in the main lobby area making checking in or simply getting past them challenging. ”It's not a 5-star luxury hotel, but this kind of small and cozy bed and breakfast is just what we sometimes are looking for. Saturday morning we reported that the toilet seat was loose, the bathroom sink was not draining and that the shower doors would not stay shut. We were told it would be taken care of by the time we returned. The toilet seat was fastened but nothing else was addressed. No room service with fresh towels, coffee pod refills or tissues since there were only 2 in the box. I mentioned the remaining 2 issues at...

”I've been to this property many times. The breakfast is good, but they do not have any gluten free bread items. The staff is very friendly, one staff member made decaf coffee for me at night when the urn was empty. I will go back to this property.”

”Shops nearby, the staff was not helpful, don't ask for towels, pillows, quiet, police everywhere looking for people with warrents. It's endless. Wifi sucks, doesn't work for crap. TV was awful. It's cheap but not worth it. Specially when we got a king size bed with 3 flat pillows, it was my mother and I and he wouldn't give us any more pillows or give me any extra towels.”
