”The bed was comfy, the room was quiet, we appreciate a separate living room area/kitchen and love the 12 pm checkout. The front desk staff weren't exceptionally friendly and there was long black hairs on the floor of the bathroom so not super clean. Be aware that the pool was under maintenance (although it is winter) and that the lobby bathrooms were under construction. Overall, ok for the price, but room for improvement.”

”Old and tired. Not much effort put into maintenance. Do not come expecting a fully equipped kitchen. I had to ask for pots and pans. I was given a small pot with no lid and a 6” frying pan. No peeler, no scissors. The only knife was a janky steak knife. Also do not expect breakfast. Although the signs are up and it’s in the listing, apparently they “don’t do that any more””

”The pool heater was broken when we first arrived but it was fixed a day later. Check in was a bit rough, desk clerk couldn’t find our bonvoy number so we were hassling about how we would get wifi since we didn’t have our number on us. He made it stressful and didn’t seem to want to help us find it. And please tell me why you can’t provide coffee for your guests at $200 a night. Buying $6 coffees for me and my husband everyday was ridiculous. We expected more from a property like this. ”

”This hotel was mediocre. The woman who checked us in was very pleasant! However, our room had several black hairs throughout - on bedding, towels, the floor and the shower. I asked my daughter to sit on the toilet with the lid closed, so I could fix her hair. As soon as she sat down, the toilet seat cover cracked into two pieces. It had different colored attachment pieces remaining on the seat, telling me it had been repaired before. I notified the attendant when I checked out and apologized,...

”The homeless population has ruined the continental breakfast. Also doesnt help that the homeless are allowed to stay in the hotel due to free vouchers from the city. So be prepared to find an IHOP or Denny’s nearby for breakfast.”
