”Went for a family trip. Really enjoy the couch with two queen beds, makes for so much room than normal hotel rooms. Close to interstate but nice and quiet.
Will stay again”
”Beautiful property. Overall the staff was amazing accommodating. Our only disappointment was the staff at Shep’s. Bartenders were excellent, but wait staff was rude or completely ignores us on nearly every interaction for food.”
”The concierge was very helpful. After a long24 hour drive from Tallahassee Florida to Denver Colorado wit 30 minutes of sleep and a 10 hour shift of work renovation of the FSu stadium o was beat. She was super nice, and charming. When my dog forced me to get locked out of the room she helped us back in and carried part of my DoorDash meal as we trekked back to the 4th floor. She was a breath of fresh air. ”
”Our room was clean and bed was SO COMFY! This is a beautiful hotel with easy access to the highway, restaurants' and shopping close by too.
However, I wish there were "adults only" hours for pool and hot tub. At 10:30 on a Saturday night the pool was still full of loud kids, teens and outdoors at the hot tub people were smoking and kids there too. Not very relaxing.

Staff actually blew me away the level of hospitality on display more than once. The surrounding grounds are breathtaking. Exceptional real estate sandwiched between two very vibrant well kept public areas and across the road from a bustling plaza with everything you could need as far as food and entertainment. ”Offered a safe clean stay with breakfast and attentive friendly staff. Minor maintenance and housekeeping notes but nothing that overshadowed the over all value”
”The staff was awesome and very helpful. They truly went above and beyond. Now cleanliness was on the otherhand awful i had to wipe down every surface and clean the bathroom to even fell comfortable using it. My child has a peanut allergy and among first coming in the room found old food somewhere and had a allergic reaction. Pretty disappointing of a fairly nice hotel with amazing staff, youd think cleanliness would be held to a higher standard to management. ”
