”I read the reviews before I booked the hotel and I thought it would be okay for a quick overnight pit stop before we met with friends in Baltimore. ”This property reeks of cigarette smoke. We have allergies. I called Expedia to see what to do. Expedia called the hotel. Then the front desk called me to yell at me about going behind their back. I was like what are you going to do? Offer me an air freshener. Cool, more irritation of my nose. After telling me I could leave and that they would approve a refund, management then turned around and denied the refund to Expedia. Disgusting.”

”The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. The shuttle service was prompt and easy to request. Breakfast is served with a long window, so I wasn’t rushed to get downstairs for it in the morning.
My only issue was with the in-room amenities, the coffee machine had to be moved to the floor because the power cord didn’t reach any outlets from where it was set, and the provided grind tray was for the wrong model of machine, so I could only brew hot water… I ended up walking to Starbucks...
