”WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. During a genuine medical emergency with my best friend hospitalized, I spent hours trying to move a reservation by one single day. The hotel had availability. I was not asking for a refund — only minimal flexibility. Instead, they hid behind policy and demanded consent letters, credit card ID, and even a doctor's note while I was sitting in a hospital dealing with an emergency. I am not interrupting doctors and nurses to justify a hotel stay. I could not access...

”If you’re planing to fish for brown trout in the Cowichan River, the Inn is a fantastic place to stay. Breakfast, lunch and dinner served in the pub and cafe, pool tables to converse with the locals, and great pillows and bedding. I was truly impressed. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. ”

”A lot of homeless people around. Their staff left at 10 pm, and a homeless person was shouting and caused an issue, so we called the police. Very poor condition, and not clean. The worst stay we have had. Do not stay at Duncan and this motel. ”

”Room had been "renovated", poorly. Brick walls, poor excuse for a kitchenette, and an odour i couldnt quite place. Check in is all online and there are no personelle on site. Look elsewhere.”
