”One of our bedside tables had dried used contacts stuck to them. Clearly the staff forgot to clean the tables. Our room had us up all night because the room above us - anytime they moved all we could hear were squeaky floors like we were staying in an old war home. When I brought both issues up to the staff they said on that’s horrible and then offered no solutions.”

”Everything was great! I’d like to see more hooks to hang stuff, but that’s it. ”

”Love everything about the hotel, the fresh ground coffee was amazing and so was the pancake maker, such a plus. The girls love watching their pancakes get cooked.”

”The place was in ok condition, needs some updates here and there. They had a little market, but from what I could see, it only had pop and a few other things; I saw no chips.”

”Breakfast was good, a fair amount of options which was nice. Sam at the front desk was fantastic at check in. room was nice somewhat renovated... they did not upgrade the shower, so it was a little dated.”

”First room smelled like cat pee could not even stand to be in it. They moved me to another room that smelt better but there were stains on the bed and the TV did not work. I left and did not stay”

”The room was absolutely perfect. Everything was new and clean. The staff was very helpful, especially Brittany. Very convenient fish cleaning station. Wonderful that they also employ people with disabilities. Great stay, thank you!”

”Breakfast was great, parking was generally easy, except for when a large hockey group of children arrived at the hotel. The gym equipment was limited and on the whole nonfunctional.”

”I partially picked this place BECAUSE it had a restaurant open till posted hours, location and price as well. I arrived late but within the posted hours - restaurant closed. No grab and go options. Nothing nearby to get food or drinks EXCEPT the OTHER nearby hotel The Hilton Garden Inn. They have a nice lobby with food and drink (and grab and go as well) and friendly staff - it feels way nicer there - I would have spent the extra $ for the Hilton if I knew. The Radisson is outdated and just...

”You get what you pay for. We wouldn't have stayed but it was late and we were exhausted. We didn't get between the sheets because they looked dirty. The only blanket was folded at the end of the bed and looked as though someone left their old throw blanket behind. Dirty, floors, tub, and toilet. We didnt even want to shower there. Horrible experience. ”

”The air conditioning/heating unit was filthy and smelled horrid. Under the bed there was so much dirt, dust and debris like it hadn’t been cleaned under in years. The drawers were dirty. The refrigerator had cheese left in it. The floor was so dirty that my socks turned yellow/brown on the bottom. There were earrings on the shelf of one night stand and rings on the other. There was a floss pick in the bed. There was a brown spot on the rug that the bed sat on that looked like either vomit or...
