”A Truly Exceptional Stay! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. The staff was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect—close to Marina Mall and Corniche Beach (by taxi) but still peaceful and quiet. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be returning!”

”We were very pleased with the way Cristal hotel staff treated us. Everything went exceptionally well. Even when we went for a night safari everything was arranged smoothly so that we could keep our room untill afternoon and then leave our luggage in Cristal and get them the day after and have a rest at the hotel after the safari even though we were not anymore "guests".
