might spot South Africas only wild horse herd wandering past the
terrace or crossing the shimmering lagoon waters. When the water level
rises, graceful flamingos often join the scene, turning the landscape
into a living painting. Just beyond the lagoon lies the vast Atlantic
Ocean, with endless stretches of white sand beach perfect for long
walks, quiet reflection, or simply soaking in the coastal calm.

The house offers space for up to eight guests, combining openness,
comfort, and panoramic views that celebrate the beauty of its
surroundings. A full glass facade opens the home to the lagoon, ocean,
and mountains beyond, creating a seamless connection between indoor and
outdoor living. Guests can enjoy free WiFi throughout the property, air
conditioning in all main living and sleeping areas, and secure access
within a private estate offering 247 security and an alarm system
connected to estate services.

Upstairs, guests are welcomed into a spacious lounge with plush sofas,
a gas fireplace, and a coffee kitchenette ideal for cosy evenings
overlooking the water. The master bedroom features a king size extra
length bed, two workspaces ideal for remote working, a private loggia,
and an ensuite bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and shower. Two
additional bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and hanging chairs
overlooking the lagoon, and another with a king size extra length bed,
offer thoughtful comfort and Smart TVs in each room, two of which
include in bed TV lifters. All bedrooms feature Sloom adjustable
mattresses, high quality linen, and ample wardrobe space.

The property is equipped with smoke detectors with integrated carbon
monoxide sensors in all bedrooms, as well as standard smoke detectors

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at Sandown Bay 34, Hermanus, Fisherhaven, 7200.

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
