”Great Property! Will rent again”

”It was nice to have a property that accepted dogs for our visiting family. The home needs repairs like caulking the tub and toilet, fixing the hanging dryer door, paint, etc. The home was not clean. The floors had not even been swept. The white washcloths looked liked they’d been used to shine shoes. I really hate leaving a negative review, but that would be unfair to future guests.”

”Really nice place you can tell it was fairly new. Lots of thought went into it. The only thing that I didn’t care for was the hot tub and pool are not on site. They are down a few miles away and closed for off-season but that is to be expected and with the rain our buildings parking lot was a pond where all the other ones were nice and dry a little bit higher up or more gravel would definitely recommend this stay and stay here again, and we have plans in the future to reserve more cabins. ”Check in was easy, they let us get in 30 minutes early. As far as cleanliness it was ok, seen some dead bugs around the edge or the rooms. The front door had dog nose smudges all of the window. Idk if it was an air freshner but there was a strong smell, it wasnt a bad smell it was different though. My biggest issue was we had nobhot water for showers but that should be an easy fix as well. Overall good stay. Can tell its a newer rental in an older house with some needed improvements. The host...
