”Great location for Kayaking, Biking, Golfing and shopping. We loved having a private drive, screened porch and backyard to store our bikes and other gear when not in use. We had 4 adults and stayed busy for a full week. Thanks for a great stay. ”

”Melissa, our host, was welcoming and helpful, though everything was set up and easy to access, such as location, address and entry access code. The condo has a fabulous marsh view with the river in the distance downstairs and an even better view of the river from upstairs. Loved watching birds in the sawgrass and the trees and boats going up and down the river. Condo is conveniently laid out and comfortable, great kitchen, comfortable bed, hot shower, great wifi and TV. This small condo complex...

”We loved our time at Megan’s home. From the get go she was super communicative and full of helpful local suggestions for our family trip (3 families with multiple kids). The room set-up was perfect for us and the home was so charming It was a beautiful location on the river and we loved using the kayaks/canoe, jacuzzi, snorkel gear for nearby springs, etc. Highly recommend! ”

”This little property is tidy, clean and has all the important amenities. It is surprisingly close to good restaurants and markets. We also liked the convenience of being so close to KP Hole. The whole "village" of homes is surprisingly quiet, and all the guests are very respectful and courteous. Even the dogs are very well behaved! The manager was super quick to answer any questions we had. Overall all our needs were met and were so happy for the value we got!”
