”Great location for this 3-bedroom property. Comfortably accommodated 6 adults and an infant. One parking spot included but plenty of street parking right in front of the building and on the side streets. Will definitely stay again when back in the area.”

”Super clean and the beds were very comfortable. Full length mirrors in both bedrooms and excellent lighting meant that one bathroom worked even for two adults traveling together.The location was perfect for our trip, which was about both Georgetown and the standard Washington tourist fare. Hosts were incredibly responsive and open to suggestions to make this place even better.Perfect for our needs!”

”My family and I stayed at this property for eight days as part of my wife's 50th birthday celebration in the D.C. area. The property is very comfortable and close to King Street, where there is plenty for everyone to do. My kids went to the "Call Your Momma" bagel shop every morning, which is two blocks away. Communications with the property owner was clear and fast -- really appreciated that. I would definitely stay here again.”

”I will definitely hope to stay here again when plans bring me back to the area. The place is well-located, impeccably clean, and had everything I needed. There are a few things to know; there are steps to get to the unit, so it’s not ADA friendly. If you are a group of two or more, be aware there is only enough hot water for one shower; you’ll have to negotiate timing with your fellow travelers. Also, you have no control over the thermostat; I would have preferred to choose my own comfort level....

”I spent 3 nights at the house with 2 of my sisters and we really enjoyed it! The house is very nicely furnished and decorated and has everything you might need. The owner left us a bottle of wine and a basket of snacks, which was a nice welcome. I slept in the bedroom on the first floor and it was quite comfortable. My sisters thought the mattresses were a little too soft for them upstairs. There are lots of air conditioners, so each person can adjust to their own liking. The kitchen was...

"Positive things first: location is great (near metro and whole foods, walking distance to Georgetown, DuPont circle etc.), the room was big and had a real kitchen. Some of the staff members were super nice and helpful and some were not. But the room was not only really outdated but partially almost falling apart. And the cleaning was also so and so or then the room was just so worn-out that it just looked dirty no matter how much cleaning was done. Not going back before major renovations. "

"The hotel was clean and new. However, service was not good. I needed to call the reception and had to speak to a bot who could not understand my request and could not speak with a real person. We ordered room service which was totally overpriced. A small burger came in a plastic container with wobbly plastic cutlery."
