”Property was misrepresented. Was supposed to be 2 bedroom 2 bath handicapped accessible with ramp. They assigned us a one room 2 bed no ramp not handicapped accessible. We called after arrival then the host did not respond to 2 phone calls and a text message. When they finally got back to us they said they were sorry they assigned the wrong cabin to us. I asked for full refund called VRBO and asked for help with this. Now Verbo wants us to fight for our refund instead of just taking care of it.”

”The bungalow was a good efficiency space with an excellent kitchen appliances and everything you need to cook meals. My favorite time was to sit on the porch and watch the river flow. It was so relaxing. There were trails you could walk. I remember one evening, I was stressed and went for a walk. It was so quiet with nothing but birds chirping their songs. It was so nice to be in quiet space for a couple of days.”

”Good location, easy to book and find, host answers timely, clean, lots of windows, and has everything you need.”

”Needs better beds and some furniture for the living room. The beds we very uncomfortable.”

”The Martin House was plenty big & was a historic home! The kitchen & baths had been completely renovated & were nice!! The queen bed upstairs is not a queen…must be a full as we have a queen at home & this was much smaller & too tight for 2 regular size adults! Both of the front bedrooms need a bedside table or nightstands to put night time necessities such as water, Kleenex, nighttime meds, etc. The upstairs shower needs a clean shower curtain & new, clean shower liner & brighter light bulbs...
