”The pictures shown are on purpose misleading, focusing on some fitness model. The facilities felt like they had seen better days and are now decaying, not being maintained properly. The floor of our room seemed like it had rust/was permanently dirty. The room was not so clean, and we found hair in the duvet and pillows. Not just one, but quite some here and there in our bed. The couch had stains and marks. Same for our white towels, they all had stains. For what we paid (around $170 per night),...

”Check-in it’s way too late, and check-out way too early how can a check-in at 4pm and a check-out at 10am be normal or even welcoming to guests? They crossed the line with those times, it didn’t make me feel welcome or respected and as if my money isn’t worth it, feels like they want you there the least amount of time possible.
A positive thing about the club it’s the cleaning service, I was there for 2 nights only and the day after my check-in they cleaned the room and got us new clean towels,...

”Beautiful little gem up in the mountains with a beautiful view. Near a wonderful stretch of beaches but a long rough gravel road so be prepared if you plan to venture out. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We were welcomed with a cocktail. WiFi was solid, breakfast was delicious. We only stayed one night but the pool looked beautiful and inviting. Very lovely spot and quiet and relaxing. Service was impeccable. ”
