”Clean rooms and grounds. Convenient location. Friendly staff. Have been staying here when needed for 4 years.”

”The first room we were assigned was absolutely filthy! Dirty, dusty…when pulling the shade down, exposed to black mold all along the side of the shade, and the bathroom molding/shower -moldy! Complained to front desk immediately. We were assigned to another room which was way cleaner, but to only be awakened during the night several times by RUDE LOUD DISRESPECTFUL YELLING PEOPLE in the next room. Totally unacceptable! Again front desk handled it. Always check your room before settling...

”Everything was clean, pool was clean and my son really enjoyed it. The free breakfast was great with a lot of options. The location was perfect for Hershey Park. The only negative was our room was right by elevator which was very noisy and there were a lot of kids there for an event and they were very noisy until late at night which was rude and disruptive. Did not get much sleep, but that’s not really the hotels fault - that’s on the adults who were chaperoning the kids.”

”Everything was in good working order but my room (#8) felt a bit like a prison – small, high windows you couldn't look out from, and that gave little natural light. Other rooms are probably better.”

”We were not informed that the hotel was under construction, the elevator did not work, and the hot tub was not usable. We were disappointed as this was our anniversary trip and were expecting more. ”

”Great staff.... We stayed in a king room with accessible bath and it was comfortable, even had TWO chairs! So many places we stay at only have one chair so a couple can't really sit and talk, have coffee, etc unless someone sits on the bed.. so we appreciated that. ”

”The room smelled moldy . It really needs to be updated. Everytime we walked in out of the room the owners were watching from a room above the hotel it was a little scary ”

”Thought the area was super convenient and had plenty around to do and see. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Checked in right at 3p and there was no one there but come around 4-4:30p when the restaurant opens it was full. Didn’t eat there but must be good with how many people were there just to eat. For a night or 2 I would definitely stay again and you can’t beat the price either. ”

”The first thing that greeted us was the outside garbage container overflowing with garbage. Cleaning service personnel vaping as I walked by. The hallway carpeting was in great need to be vacuumed. ”
