”It was not what was expected from the pictures on the site and way over charged for the hotel. Paid $380 some dollars plus insurance on each of us for the stay and very outdated”

”Booked with them 2 nights, 2nd night they say they're overbooked somehow and I will have to find somewhere else to stay. They never offered to fix their mix up. My family was displaced due to storm which knocked our electric and water out. I'm highly displeased and disappointed with the serice and treatment I received.”

”The room wasn’t clean. We found a stick on nail in the shower. All of our shampoos were missing, but we had 2 bottles of half open body wash. Our hot water never got hot. The pool was ok. Location great. Beds great. Overall hotel was good for 1 night. Don’t make it an extended stay”

”Currently under renovation, so the new rooms look good but the older rooms seem to lack quite a bit. My room had stains in the carpet and a persistent odor. The air conditioning did not appear to work as expected (granted, it was among the hottest days of the year). There was police presence when we checked in. Not sure if this is representative of the area or just bad timing. The officer was speaking to a guest. Cleanliness: the property itself is very clean. The room seemed "good enough"...
