Huoneistot – Hersonissos

”laadukas ja siisti hotelli. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Huonoja puolia aurinkotuolien vähyys ja niiden varaus. All inclusiven a la carte varaaminen lähes mahdotonta. Saimme vain italialaiseen paikan. Muut jäi kokematta. Tätä tulisi kehittää jotta jokaisella hotellivieraalla olisi mahdollisuus päästä a la carte ravintololoihin.”

”We loved this hotel, for the all-inclusive package, it’s beautiful, and the rooms were very nice. However, we made two dinner reservations upon check-in, and neither restaurant had our names on their list. Even though we saw the reservations when we were checking in. Also, unfortunately, they were experiencing power issues, and our electricity went on and off more than 10 times throughout out stay, which is very inconvenient because when the power goes out the air-conditioning and the fan turned...

”I'm actually quite disappointed with this hotel. I wished I complained when we arrived. First of all, the hotel grounds itself is amazinggggg. Food is amazing. The only let down was the room. The room is so basic for what you pay at this hotel. Everything else is so well thought of but then you go into your room and it's so meh. Nothing speculatar about the room itself. Very underwhelming. We got the pool with private garden and there was no access way to the garden. You have to swim to get to...

”I stayed in two different rooms, in a standatd one and in a luxury one and drains in both smelled terrible. I contacted different staff members but nothing was done about that. Also I had tiny crawling and flying sewer insects in rooms. In part of the rooms the view is directly over opposite rooms without any light curtains. ”
