âHyvĂ€llĂ€ paikalla lĂ€hellĂ€ kaikkea. Aamiainen valitettavan huonosti hoidettu , piti olla 7-10, mutta klo 9:15 oli jo paljon tarjottavia loppunut ja klo 9:45 alkoivat jo tyhjentĂ€mÀÀn pöytÀÀ. SÀÀlitti perhe joka tuli klo 9:50, saivat kaapastua rippeistĂ€ jotain, heidĂ€n ilmeet olivat aika kauhistuneet. Henkilökunta aamiaisella koppavaa ja tylyĂ€, vaikka muuten hotellin henkilökunta erittĂ€in ystĂ€vĂ€llistĂ€ ja avuliasta.â
âGood hotel in the middle of things in Luzern. Was there just for one night for business, but everything went really well. Clean, bed was comfy, check in and out fast. It was a nice touch that the mini bar was included in the room price. There was a selection of soft drinks. Would stay again!â
âA really nice and trendy hotel. Enjoyed the large bathroom. Only thing I didn't like were the fluffy pillows. The bed had several pillows, but not variety in softness.
Would definitely consider a re-visit when next in Luzern.â
âVery sympatic hotel, great service and location! The breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast room lovely. After breakfast time it was lounge and you could eat your own food and have coffee on the house. There was also a fridgerator with soft drinks and wine at very reasonable prices. Only down side was that we stayed there only one night. Next time 3 nights at least! â
âIt was a really old hotel but in ok shape. Very warm in the room, had to keep the window open and you can hear everything from the street below.
The shower was ridiculously small.
Thereâs a minifridge in the room, which was nice.
The housekeeping knocked on the door at 7.30 am, ridiculous, way too early.
Good location close to Altstadt and train station.
Very expensive for what you get, but it appeared to be so in Luzern.

âWe absolutely loved everything about this apartment. The location is extremely convenient and the city views from inside the apartment (especially the view of the church) was beautiful. A lot of space for our family to stretch out , we traveled with two teenage girls and it was nice for them to each have their own bedroom. The rooftop patio was our favorite feature as you enjoy panoramic views of Lucerne. Hands down the best experience. Highly recommend. Communication with the host was...
âThe tram is built into the hotel and takes you directly to the promenade, super convenient.
Hotel is Meticulously maintained and we appreciated the complimentary soft drinks. Wouldnât think twice about staying here again, do it you wonât regret it. â
âBeautiful property and the staff was unbelievably helpful and gracious. I will never forget the sumptuous breakfast in the dining room overlooking the entire Lucerne valley at sunrise. I will definitely return.â
âNice hotel and good location to go around. Very friendly personnel and good service. The hotel offers also a ticket to use local buses in the town area, nice suprise. Also we got an option to choose a bigger room during our stay, which was nice and friendly gester from the the personnel.
As we enjoyed nice and warm weather duering our stay so good air con would have appreciated. Otherwise no issues with the room.â

"We had a private room with double bed. There was not much room to move around in the room, but we knew that since it is an old prison cell. Friendly staff. A fan in the room helped with the heat. We had our window open too, but that let in the noise from the people talking loud in the garden area at night. (Maybe a sign out there that mentions quite time at night?) The location is good and otherwise calm. No common kitchen area, but they let us store our few food items in the staff fridge."
