”Staff were very accommodating, friendly and happy to help. Great location. The ice machine on our level was broken, but I think it was from over use for icing many sore muscles and injuries of hockey players bodies. Our entire team stayed stayed for the Provincials hockey tournament and was perfect, although there wasnt a separate room for team or parent gatherings. The only complaint was the breakfast was over prices, the hotel next door had a great coffee and breakfast sandwich at a fair...

”Friendly host, Jayesh, met us upon checkin. Offered our children, to meet his 2 week old puppies! Free use of kayaks, and easy access to the beach across the road. Location within walking distance to cafe’s, pier and beach. Bicycle and walking pathway along the Esplanade.”

”Spacious quiet cabin with a comfortable bed, own washing machine and coffee machine. Had everything we needed for a two night stay. We chose the free Wifi which was slow in the evenings, but average speed during the day.”

”Room was dated and a bit stuffy. There should have been free wifi but it was not working even we got the credentials from the reception. Our room was facing towards the hotel's garbage bins so we woke up every morning at 6 am when the garbage truck came to empty the bins.”

”Hotel was amazing, the view was spectacular!! The room itself though had a few items that needed fixing like the sliding door to the main room was broken, the sliding door to the lounge was extremely difficult to slide and the ensuite was very rough and had broken splatter rail and tiles throughout tho none of this spoilt the stay it would just be nice of the owners fixed this as they are renting a penthouse so it needs to be penthouse standard. ”
