”Very convenient and close to dining and walking options”

”Claimed not to have my reservation, despite showing them the email confirmation I had received three days prior. Would not give me a room. Probably a blessing in disguise. While I was dealing with front desk attendant, one guest came in and canceled her stay because her room was dirty when she arrived, and another guest indicated that he had no toilet paper or towels in the room he had just checked into. Total dump.”

”I must have had a newer room during my last stay, because the room I was in did show some wear and tear. The day I tried to use the ironing board, it fell apart on me. I called the front desk and reported it and maintenance brought a replacement right away. Also, I stayed four nights and chose not to have my room cleaned until the third day. When I did request the room to be cleaned it was not; they said they were down two housekeepers so it was not done. So, I just asked for extra towels.”

”Good night stay”

”Good value”

”Everything was top notch, why more than anything I anticipated at a very reasonable rate.”

”This hotel is adorable ! It also has a good restaurant with good drinks . However, if you need to sleep I would reconsider. We arrived on Friday and we enjoyed the live music which stopped at 10 pm -then the dj started. Not only could we hear all the voices from the restaurant below but also the loud music. We were lucky to get 4 hours of sleep. We also rented a king room with a twin. The twin bed was more of a toddler size bed. Its too bad because the hotel is really adorable”

”Thank you for the comfortable stay. It is my top choice to stay and have booked and stayed at this hotel many times”

”The property was very clean, staff were helpful and responsive. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had lots to choose from, although we ate 30 minutes before breakfast service ended so the coffee was lukewarm and the oatmeal was watery. I would definitely stay here again, however. It is in a nice area with lots of dining and shopping options.”

”location was quiet but still close to commercial locations TV, mini fridge, and desk lamp were was plugged into outlet that only worked when the entry light switch was turned on, so we had to have that bright light on around the clock to use the mini fridge or watch TV TV remote only worked for power and volume, wouldn't change the channels We received a phone call every morning at 6:22am on the hotel phone in our room - we complained the first morning, we complained more strongly the second...

”Hyvä perushotelli, siisti, ei valittamista. Lapset pitivät altaasta. Aamupala ok. Hyvä hintalaatusuhde.”
