”Very cute the only thing I did not like was the larkinglot was dirt so it tracked into my car and the room, other than that we enjoyed our stay.”

”First of all, I have a disabled husband, and the fact that the elevators were out of order may be very upset. I think that they should’ve expressed this to me before I finished booking the role at the front desk so we had to carry many mini bags and suitcases up three flights of stairs the lady in the front desk kind of marked at me when I asked for a different room she said there was none available. This was the most horrible stay I ever had at a best Western and I usually stay at best Westerns...

”Had a room reserved through the Expedia app. When we arrived a little after 10pm we were told there were no more rooms available…basically they gave our room to someone else that was a walk in. I never received communication from the hotel nor Expedia; I know they used my reservation because I received an email around 8pm saying ‘thanks for checking in’ which I thought was odd. The receptionist told me he was able to find a room at a different hotel for us, which was a 7-8min drive away…we had...

”Breakfast was excellent, staff at breakfast area she was very welcoming she keep area clean and did her best in always refilling food containers when they were empty. She was amazing. Honestly, I will say that she was the only friendly employee. Overall, I will consider staying there again in the future!”

”The pool area was great, both indoor and outside. Didn't use the bar, there is a Bistro and it was fabulous!”

”Check in was quick and the room was clean. I would recommend going to breakfast outside the hotel. The breakfast was tasty but took forever. There was only one front of the house staff member to do everything and he wasn’t in a real hurry.”
